President Rob Hay and General Secretary Stewart Carle met national officers from the Police Superintendents’ Association this week.
Stewart and Rob shared their insights and experiences of police reform in Scotland with PSA President Nick Smart, Vice-President Sara Crane and National Secretary Warren Franklin, as part of ongoing discussions around the UK Government’s White Paper for Policing in England and Wales.
