ASPS Strategic Plan

This 3-year Strategic Plan outlines ASPS’ key areas of focus as we address the current, emerging and potential issues, challenges and opportunities impacting ASPS’ members, and affecting the welfare and efficiency of the service. The Strategic Plan will be underpinned by yearly Delivery Plans. These provide information on the high-level activities which will support the Strategy in each calendar year. These Delivery Plans will enable members to identify and engage in activities of particular interest to them, and to track the progress of the Strategy.
