Something which has featured strongly in member feedback is a desire to expand your knowledge, beyond operational training. The Association is committed to providing the membership with Continual Professional (and personal) Development, without encroaching on the Service’s responsibility to training senior leaders in policing.

In 2022, we have delivered CPD which looks at active bystanders and also several sessions on personal and peer wellbeing. We also have inputs in the pipeline for the coming year, however it is important that we deliver CPD that members want.
