PSAEW National Secretary Receives Queens Policing Medal

Police Superintendents Association of England and Wales  National Secretary, Chief Superintendent Tim Jackson has received his Queen’s Policing Medal (QPM) for Services to Policing at Buckingham Palace.

Tim was awarded the QPM in the Queen’s Birthday Honours earlier this year.

The Association President, Chief Superintendent Gavin Thomas said:

“This award marks Tim’s many years of dedicated service to policing and is richly deserved.

“I know I speak for all our members when I say how grateful we are for all he has done for Superintendents through the Association, both individually and for the ranks. He has also been an exceptional ambassador and advocate for policing.

“Tim is an outstanding National Secretary, a dependable colleague and also a great friend, and I am delighted to have been able to join him on his special day.”
